Shipxzone - Terms and Conditions for Logistics Users These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ShipX web application ("Application") provided by ShipX Technologies, Inc. ("ShipX," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the ShipX Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.
1. Acceptance of Terms By using the ShipX Application, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Application on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
